Workspace switching (Agency)
Manage multiple client workspaces and switch between them quickly
What is a workspace?
Each workspace is an independent SigoMark account — with its own projects, billing, and social channels. Agencies use workspaces to manage separate clients.
Switching workspaces
Click your workspace name in the top-left corner → a dropdown shows all workspaces you have access to → click to switch.
Agencies may manage dozens of workspaces. Use the search box in the dropdown to find a workspace quickly.
Creating a new workspace (for new clients)
- Dropdown → + New workspace
- Enter client name and primary domain
- Workspace is created on the Free trial (7 days)
- Upgrade to the appropriate plan via Profile → Subscription inside that workspace
Member permissions
Within each workspace you can invite team members with different roles:
- Admin: Full access (including billing)
- Editor: Create/edit content, approve, publish
- Viewer: Read-only (reports and dashboards)
Separate billing per workspace
Each workspace has independent billing. Agencies can pay on behalf of clients, or let clients manage their own billing.

An aggregated view across all workspaces: health scores, quota usage, article counts, posting status — without clicking into each workspace individually.
