Do I need to be a paying customer to join? +
No. Any SigoMark account — including the free plan — gets a unique referral link and can start earning commissions right away.
How is the 20% commission calculated? +
Commission is calculated on the actual invoice amount paid by the referred user (after any discounts). The current rate is 20% and may be adjusted by policy over time.
Is there a time limit on commissions? +
No. As long as the referred user keeps their SigoMark subscription active and renews, you continue to earn — there's no expiry date.
How many people can I refer? +
There's no limit. Every successful referral is tracked and contributes to your earnings.
How long before commissions are approved? +
Commissions start in 'pending' status for a short hold period. After that, they're automatically moved to 'approved' and you can request a payout.
What is the minimum payout amount? +
The minimum balance required to submit a withdrawal request is 100,000 VND — applies to both cash and credits.
