1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the SigoMark service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
SigoMark is an AI-powered content marketing automation platform that allows users to create, manage, and publish content to websites and social media. The Service is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) with various subscription tiers.
3. User accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- Each account is intended for one individual or organisation. Do not share accounts unless a Multi-user feature is explicitly enabled.
- SigoMark reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Billing and refunds
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, in advance.
- Upgrade: takes effect immediately; the unused portion of the current plan is credited toward the new invoice.
- Downgrade: applied at the end of the current billing cycle; no refund for the unused difference.
- The Free plan has no charge and requires no payment information.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Create content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or harmful.
- Engage in spam, phishing, or any form of fraud.
- Intentionally overload the system or disrupt the service.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.
6. AI-generated content
Content produced by AI within SigoMark is an initial draft. Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring accuracy before publishing. SigoMark does not guarantee that AI-generated content is completely accurate or suitable for every context.
7. Limitation of liability
SigoMark is not liable for any indirect losses arising from the use of the Service, including loss of revenue, data loss, or business damages. SigoMark's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the most recent 3 months.
8. Changes to terms
SigoMark may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
