Social scheduling — time slots and distribution

Time slot scheduling

SigoMark posts to social channels at fixed time slots rather than immediately on approval — preventing post clustering and ensuring you hit peak engagement hours.

Configure at Admin → Schedules:

• Start and end times (e.g. 8am–9pm)
• Days of the week (Mon–Sun)
• Timezone (default: Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh)

Posts per day limit

Set a maximum N posts/day/channel to avoid spamming. Example: Facebook max 3 posts/day, TikTok max 2 videos/day.

When the queue is full, posts are automatically pushed to the earliest available slot the next day.

Queue management

Posts are queued in approval order. You can drag to reorder in Social → Queue.

Best practices

• Facebook/Instagram: 10am–12pm or 6pm–8pm typically have highest engagement
• TikTok: 7pm–10pm (Vietnam time) good for trending
• YouTube: Upload by 8–10am before peak viewing hours
