A "channel" is one connected account — e.g. Facebook Page + Instagram = 2 channels.
Buying the add-on
- Go to Profile → Wallet → Buy add-ons
- Select "Add 1 social channel"
- Pay from wallet balance or top up
- Channel slot added immediately, valid until end of billing period
Monthly or permanent?
Add-ons are billed monthly (same cycle as your main plan). They auto-renew when your plan renews.
Canceling the add-on
Go to Profile → Subscription → Add-ons → Cancel. The add-on stays active until end of the current billing period.
If you're using more channels than your remaining limit after cancellation, you'll need to disconnect some channels before the add-on expires.
