How SigoMark generates captions and posts to your social channels

The social posting flow

When an article is approved (or published):

  1. Social Writer AI generates a caption tailored to each channel
  2. Captions are optimized per format: Facebook (longer text), Instagram (hashtags), TikTok (short + trending hook)
  3. Post is queued for the next available time slot

Preview and edit captions

Before posting, you can preview and edit captions:

  • Go to Articles → [article] → Social Posts
  • Edit caption text, add/remove hashtags, change the featured image

Automatic hashtags

AI generates relevant hashtags from the keyword and category. Add fixed hashtags for all posts in a project at Project Settings → Social → Fixed Hashtags.

Results and analytics

After posting successfully, SigoMark records:

  • Reach/Impressions (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Link clicks back to your website
  • Actual publish timestamp

View aggregated data at Social → Analytics.

Failure handling

If posting fails (API error, expired token, etc.):

  • System retries 3 times with exponential backoff
  • Telegram notification sent if still failing
  • Post stays in Pending state for manual retry
