Roadmap structure
Each task includes:
- Week (1–8)
- Category:
content,technical,backlinks,ux - Action: Specific description of what to do
- Impact / Effort / ROI Score: Helps prioritize tasks by impact-to-effort ratio
- Status:
Pending / InProgress / Done
Updating task status
When you complete a task, mark it Done in the Roadmap:
- SigoMark tracks your progress
- Weekly progress report (% completion)
Regenerating the roadmap
After 8 weeks or when the site changes significantly, click Regenerate to have AI create a new roadmap based on the latest crawl data.
Exporting
Click Export PDF to share with clients or team members. The PDF includes your logo, project name, and generation date.
