The 3 review modes explained

Overview

Every project has a review mode that controls how much human approval is required before AI content moves to the next stage.

Manual mode

Every step requires your approval:

1. Keyword suggested → you approve or skip
2. Outline generated → you review and approve
3. Article written → you review and approve
4. Ready to publish → you trigger publication

Best for: New projects, high-stakes content, brand-sensitive topics.

Semi-auto (Auto-approve guides)

• Keywords still require approval
• Outlines are auto-approved → article writing starts immediately
• Articles require your review and approval before publishing

Best for: Established projects where you trust the outline quality but want final say on articles.

Full auto

Everything runs without human intervention:

• Keywords are auto-approved (from research queue)
• Outlines are auto-generated and immediately sent to article writing
• Articles are auto-approved and scheduled for publishing

Best for: High-volume content operations where you have strong brand voice guides and periodic audits.

Changing mode

Go to Projects → Edit → Review Mode and select your preferred mode. The change applies to all new content — existing items already in review are not affected.

Recommendation

Start with Manual for the first 10–20 articles to calibrate AI output. Switch to Semi-auto once you're confident in the output quality.
