Quota and usage limits by plan
Understand monthly quotas for articles, guides, keywords, and how to track usage
What is quota?
Quota is the maximum number of items you can create in one billing month. When quota is exhausted, you need to upgrade or purchase an add-on.

Checking your usage
Go to Profile → Subscription — displays usage bars for each quota type in the current period.
Reset cycle
Quota resets on your billing anniversary date (not the calendar month). Example: subscribed June 20 → resets July 20.
When quota runs out
Actions are blocked immediately with a clear error message. Two options:
- Upgrade your plan — extra quota takes effect immediately for the rest of the period
- Wait for reset — quota restores at the start of the next period
