Upgrading your plan
- Go to Profile → Subscription
- Select the target plan → Checkout
- Pay via bank transfer (auto-detected by SePay)
- Plan activates when SePay confirms payment (typically minutes)
Downgrading
You can downgrade anytime. Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period, then switches automatically.
Payment method
SigoMark uses SePay for Vietnamese bank transfer automation:
- System creates an invoice with a unique transaction code
- Transfer the exact amount with the transaction code in the notes
- SePay detects and matches the transfer → plan activates automatically
Billing cycle
Quota (articles/month) resets on your subscription anniversary date — not the calendar month. Example: subscribed June 15 → resets July 15.
Wallet
Top up your SigoMark Wallet to purchase add-ons (extra social channels, video packs...) without bank transfers each time.
