Auto-post and scheduling articles
Configure automatic scheduling after approval and control publish timing
Two ways to publish
Manual
Go to Articles → click Publish now or Schedule (pick a specific date/time).
Auto-post (recommended)
Enable AutoPostAfterApprove in Project Settings. When you approve an article, the system automatically slots it for publication at the next available time slot — spreading articles evenly rather than publishing everything at once.
Configuring auto-post
Go to Projects → Edit → Publishing:
- Auto-post after approve: Enable/disable
- Allow Web Publish: Publish to your website
- Allow Social Post: Post to social channels at the same time
Schedules
Admins can configure Schedules to control publish windows (e.g. only publish weekdays 8am–6pm). See Admin → Schedules.
Web + Social at the same time
When an article is scheduled, SigoMark publishes web and social simultaneously:
- Sends the article to your website API endpoint
- Posts caption + link to Facebook/Instagram/TikTok/YouTube
If web publishing fails, social posting continues (and vice versa). Check error logs in the article detail view.
